Fee for special surveillance services for establishments and other municipal buildings due to activities that require the provision of special services (concept 311-02).

Fees are stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year and depend on the signage requested and the number of police officers required to control the use of the public space in question.

• In the case of the use of public spaces due to works, applicants must be the permit holder (for both the works and use of public spaces licences).
• In all other cases, anyone may apply.
  

In the event that street signage is required for the use of public spaces, the interested party must pay the cost of signage, unless the use of the public space in question is due to social reasons, neighbourhood events, festivals, etc. Such cases will be exempt from paying the fee.

In what circumstances can this procedure be initiated? Once a permit has been obtained for the use of public spaces, this procedure should be initiated in case road signage and/or police control measures are required.
