Who can make this request? Anyone

  • Verbal or written request
  • In the case of written requests: 
    • At any Integrated Customer Services Unit (Unidades Integradas de Atención al Público, UIAP), by means of a general request form;
    • At offices of Palma local police, by means of the complaints form entitled 'comunicado vecinal sobre quejas y anomalías'.
Where can I request this?

Written requests can be submitted to any district office of Palma Local Police, the Local Police building on Avda. Sant Ferran or any UIAP office.
Verbal requests can be made by calling 010 (Customer Services Line).

Are all abandoned vehicles removed? Yes. Priority is given to the removal of those vehicles which can be considered solid urban waste (those that are not roadworthy: broken vehicles, those missing essential parts, and so on).
