Procedure that allows a user to initiate an administrative proceeding or preocediment presenting a generic application and required documentation to clarify or complete data.

Who can make this request? General public
Documentation to be submitted

Documents required when the request is made online, the documentation must be submitted in a single file with a maximum size of 2000 KB. This allowed extensions are: gif, jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, doc, rtf, odt, sxw, txt and pdf.

Where can I request this?
  • In person: Office of the Ombudsman can perform this procedure. You can download application forms usually in the "Remarks"
  • Internet digital certificate: the requester is authenticated digital certificate can be presented in the electronic application and general documentation deemed appropriate according to the requirements defined in the section "Documents required"
    For technical reasons, the processing of applications for legal persons such as the applicant or representative is currently not possible. If you want to record a proceeding of this nature, please indicate the name of the company (Corporate and Tax) in paragraph descriptive "data request. Expose.", Instead of doing it in form fields, in order to prevent the system rejects your application.

    The steps for filing the Internet are: 

    First. Fill out the application of the generic.  
    Two. Attach documentation.
    Three. Electronically sign the application and attached documents.
    Four. Print or save the PDF proof.
