Acceptance of works

Who can make this request? Anyone: individuals, legal entities, etc.
Documentation to be submitted
  • Application form;
  • Documentation set out in Article 5 of Decree 38/1987 on the Acceptance of Works by City Councils:
    • Authorized copies of the provisional and final acceptance of works certificates;
    • Documentation issued by the construction company certifying that the works have been completed in line with the approved urban development plan and are fit to be offered for use or public service;
    • List of goods and services subject to compulsory transfer with specifications including surface, location, characteristics and ownership;
    • Certificate of registration with the Property Registry proving that the land to be transferred is not subject to any charges or levies.
       
Where can I request this? The request may be handed in at any OAC office (Registry)
Procedure duration This procedure has a duration of 4 months
