Record of ruins

Who can make this request? You must be the owner of the building.
Documentation to be submitted
  • Specific request form detailing the personal identification data of the complainant, information identifying the building (address, cadastral or land registry documentation) and reason(s) for classifying the building as being in a state of ruin;
  • Statement from the residents of the building;
  • Statement from the owners with property rights to the building (where applicable);
  • Certificate issued by the appropriate technician justifying the following:  
    • The reason for requesting that a building be registered as a ruin;   
    • The physical state of the building;   
    • That, at the time of making the request, the building meets sufficient safety and habitability conditions as to allow its occupants to continue residing there until the appropriate agreement is reached;
  • Proof of payment of the fee stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance.

Price and payment method

Fee applicable for urban development services (concept 312,02): The fee payable is stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year.
