• In the case of a ¿mortis causa¿ transfer, the applicant must also provide:
  
• Death certificate of the licence holder;
• Documentation proving status as heir of the new transferee of the licence.
  
• In the case of an ¿inter vivo¿ transfer, the applicant must also provide:
  
• Documentation proving that the transferor has reached the applicable retirement age;
• Documentation proving that the transferor suffers from a permanent incapacity or incompatibility condition which prohibits them from exercising their professional activity.
