Registration for taxi licences and of subsequent substitution of vehicles

Who can make this request? Individuals
Documentation to be submitted
  • Correctly completed general application form;
  • A copy of the vehicle registration document;
  • Proof of payment of the administration fee;
  • Original documents approving the relevant licence;
  • Proof of payment of the administration fee for vehicle inspection;
  • Copy of the insurance policy for the vehicle;
  • Two (2) passport-sized photos.
Where can I request this? Any Citizen Services Office (Oficinas de Atención a la Ciudadanía, OAC) (Registry)

Administration fee for the substitution of vehicles (concept 311,00),  is stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year.

End of administrative recourse The resolution puts an end to the proceedings
Resources Optional appeal for reversal and administrative appeal
Comments Administrative silence can be considered positive and the licence granted as long as the vehicle in question has passed its technical inspection.
