Documentation required at the start of the procedure:

• ORA/ACIRE application form;
• Photocopy of the owner¿s national identity card (in the case of an individual);
• Photocopy of the articles of incorporation (in the case of a legal entity);
• Photocopy of the national identity card of the representative of the entity in question (in the case of a legal entity);
• Photocopy of the vehicle registration document (the name on this document should coincide with the owner of the vehicle and the person who will be carrying out the activity: only in exceptional cases ¿ such as for employees of a business or in the case of societies ¿ will authorization be granted when names do not correspond);
• Proof of ownership of the business, premises or professional office with a branch within the area, with the aim of proving its location. Applicants must submit a photocopy of a business tax receipt (Impuestos Actividades Económicas, IAE) for the last tax year or a certificate from the tax office confirming that the company is registered for the corresponding year (this certificate must also show the address of the premises where the activity takes place).
   

Documentation required in subsequent phases of the procedure:

• RENEWAL: if no changes have taken place, then the expired permit should be returned and submitted, along with the business tax certificate for the period for which the authorization is to be renewed.
• CHANGE OF VEHICLE: Applicants must return the permit related to the old vehicle, submitting a photocopy of the vehicle registration document for the new vehicle and a photocopy of the business tax receipt for the last tax year, or a certificate from the tax office confirming registration for the corresponding year.
• CANCELLATION: the interested party should return their permit.

There are no associated fees or taxes.

An ACIRE card issued for reasons of business in the zone only allows holders to drive in the ACIRE zone where the business or activity of the applicant is located.

The permit card (authorization) is valid for a period of 2 years.

Where can I obtain documentation proving ownership of a business? You can obtain this documentation at the tax office.

Where can I apply for an ACIRE card? At the Traffic Department of the Local Police Station (Avda. Sant Ferran on the corner of C/Son Dameto, 2nd floor). If all documentation is submitted and all requirements are fulfilled, the permit card will be processed in the act. It is also possible to submit documentation to any Integrated Customer Services Unit OAC; however, the applicant will have to collect the permit at the aforementioned address.

Can I park in an ACIRE zone if I have an ACIRE card granted for reasons of business? No. This permit only allows you to drive in the ACIRE zone where your business is taking place.
