Demarcation of development unit for a private initiative

Who can make this request? Anyone
Documentation to be submitted
  • Application form;
  • Technical project approved by the relevant professional association;
  • Land registry document showing ownership of the land;
  • Payment of the fee stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year;
  • List of the property owners affected by the sphere of action;
  • Documentation authorizing legal representation (where appropriate).

There are various legal deadlines which apply: 3 months for the initial approval and 6 months for the definitive approval, with the possibility of subrogation to the Council of Mallorca.
