Who can make this request? Anyone
Documentation to be submitted
  • Application form;
  • Technical project approved by the relevant professional association;
  • Environmental impact study;
  • List of property owners of the land in question;
  • Land registry document showing ownership of the land in question;
  • List of the property owners affected by the sphere of action;
  • Payment of the fee stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year;
  • Documentation authorizing legal representation (where appropriate).

The private plot development plan is an instrument for the development and agreement on urban organization culminating in the planning system applied to developable land, except for the writing of detailed studies

There are various legal time periods which apply: 3 months for the initial approval from the Plenary Session of Palma City Council and 6 months for the definitive approval.
