Modification of the General Urban Organization Plan (Plan General de Ordenación Urbana, PGOU) on private initiative

Who can make this request? Anyone
Documentation to be submitted
  • Application form;
  • Technical project approved by the relevant professional association;
  • Land registry document showing ownership of the land in question (where appropriate);
  • Documentation authorizing legal representation (where appropriate);
  • Payment of the fee stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year;
  • List of the property owners affected by the sphere of action.
