Who can make this request?

According to the type of activity in question:

1. 'Foguerons¿ (bonfires): anyone;
2. Stalls selling food and drink products: restaurants, NGOs, political parties and legally constituted non-profit associations;
3. Stalls selling sweets and dried nuts: professionals of the sector (stallholders).

What kind of activities can be carried out in public spaces during the San Sebastián celebrations (accompanied by the appropriate licence)?
1. 'Foguerons' (bonfires): these are only authorized to take place on 19 January (the evening of San Sebastián) or dates stipulated in the municipal celebrations programme;
2. Stalls selling food and drink: these can only be authorized when applicants are restaurants (working in front of or close to their premises), NGOs, political parties, and legally constituted non-profit associations;
3. Stalls selling sweets and dried nuts: authorization will only be given to professionals of the sector (stallholders).

Where can I collect the licence? You can collect the licence at the Department of Interior Government (Plaza Santa Eulalia 9, 3rd floor) on the date indicated.
