• Specific application form (only available within the set application period);
• Photocopy of National Identity Card or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE);
• Original or authorized copy of document proving that the applicant has paid and is up to date with their Social Security contributions (last 12 TC-2 forms or receipts if self-employed; in the case of applicants who have been employed for less than one year, the TC-2 forms or receipts for the period in which they have occupied the post);
• Authorized copy of document proving that the applicant is registered for business tax (Impuesto de Actividades Económicas) purposes;
• Document proving subscription (covering the whole time period of the authorization) to civil liability insurance; 
• Authorized photocopy of food handling permit (where appropriate);
• Sworn statement of compliance with the requirements set out in Article 60 of the Regulation of Market Services.
• Two passport-sized photos;

• Royal Decree 199/2010 of 26 February, which regulates the practice of hawking or not sedentary.
• Regulations governing the relevant sector depending on the product being sold.

Tariffs are calculated per linear metre of the façade of the sale or service area. The tariff due for stalls placed on a corner will be calculated based on the length of both sides of the corner.
