• If this is the second or subsequent licence extension request, then the applicant must indicate on the request form the amount of the budget pending execution and attach a document from the architect certifying the amount stated.
  

• Urban development licensing fee applies to second and successive extensions.
• Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year. The fee is payable for the second and successive extensions (concept 312-00).

Does a works licence expire automatically? No.¿The completion of works must be specifically declared by the City Council; until this has been carried out and notification of the completion of works is declared, it is possible to request an extension of the works licence.
