Procedure duration This procedure has a duration of 3 months
Price and payment method

Fee for the issue of administrative documents stipulated in the Municipal Tax Ordinance for the current year. The fee payable may vary according to the nature of the application (according to the number or type of files, the number of copies, the existence of plans to be photocopied, drawings, and so on).

Ways to start procedure Upon request of the party
Requirements

In the case of finalized applications (those for which permits have been granted), anyone with the exception of private residences, which require the consent of the buildingŋs owner, authorization or court order.
In the case of permit applications in progress, only those parties with a legitimate interest and those named on the application.
