More information | This procedure encompasses major works related to new constructions, renovation work, extensions, demolition and modifications.
In the event that no response is received from the Administration, the applicant can request a certificate which verifies that the licence has been granted by means of administrative silence.
Notwithstanding the applicable sector regulations, those licence or permit applications whose content breaches legal regulations or are related to the use or occupation of local public property will not be authorized by administrative silence.
