More information

If the vehicle is parked in a public space, the printed surrender form must bear the exact address (street and number) where the vehicle is parked so that the tow truck can locate and remove the vehicle.

The City Council will manage the decontamination and destruction of the vehicle and process its definitive disposal and deregistration with the Provincial Traffic Inspectorate.

If the vehicle has been confiscated for any reason, the Provincial Traffic Inspectorate will not process the deregistration.

The surrender of the vehicle will not under any circumstances imply the cancellation of any debts, confiscation order or embargo to which the vehicle is subject: these will remain valid and pending resolution by the interested party.
