Description Voluntary disposal of vehicles at the municipal scrapyard for subsequent dismantling and permanent deregistration
Who can make this request? The request must be made by the vehicle owner.
Documentation to be submitted
  • Print out of the surrender form which will be provided by the scrapyard itself;
  • Photocopy of National Identity Card (in the case of individuals);
  • Photocopy of the articles of incorporation (in the case of a legal entity);
  • Original vehicle registration document.

Comments The City Council will manage the decontamination and destruction of the vehicle and process its definitive disposal and deregistration with the Provincial Traffic Inspectorate.
