Description

This certifies that the building in question is not on record as being the subject of any urban planning violation

Who can make this request? Anyone
Documentation to be submitted
  • Proof of payment of the relevant fee (current Tax Ordinance 310; municipal stamp duty: €2.12);
  •  Land registry reference: this can be proven with the last cadastre documentation or last property tax (Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, IBI) receipt;
  •  Plan showing the location of the property on the general map (urban organization plan) with a detailed indication of the address.
