Certificate verifying the age of a building

Description

This document verifies that the building in question is more than 10 years old.
 

Who can make this request? Anyone
Documentation to be submitted
  • Fees stipulated in Tax Ordinance 310 (municipal stamp duty: €47.24);
  • Land registry reference: cadastre documentation or last property tax (Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, IBI) receipt;
  • Plan showing the location of the building on the general map (urban organization plan)
  • Plan of the building (indicating general elevations and total net and gross floor area on a scale of 1:100). If the building is independent, you should include a plan of the whole plot showing all the buildings contained within that plot;
  • Up-to-date photographs of the outside of the building.
