WHAT ARE THEY?:

The OAC represents a further attempt of the municipal administration to approach the citizens. 

WHAT SERVICES DO THEY OFFER?

  • GENERAL INFORMATION
    -Provide the corresponding forms for requests to the town council.
    - Inform citizens about the location of the institutions responsible for handling their requests.
    -Any kind of municipal information.
  •  FISCAL INFORMATION
    - Municipal fiscal information.
    - Payment of fees for building permits, opening of a business, occupation of the public road, dropped kerbs, taxis, etc. 
    - Payment of the vehicle tax in case of new registration. 
  • GENERAL REGISTRY
    -Receipt of requests related to activities, buildings, occupation of public roads, certificates, allegations, recourses, etc.  
    - Express written, communications, applications, claims and appeals addressed to any administrative organ of the public administrations, with the exception of certain documents listed in the attached document, Royal Decree Law 8\/2011.
  • OTHER SERVICES
    - Census certificates (except at UIAP/0)
    - Residence certificates (for travelling purposes)
    - Citizen card
  • POPULATION
    - Dealing with questions of the Padron inhabitants: Registrations, cancellations, changes of the address and renewal entry of non-EU foreigner regular.

One is general information service and processing of disturbances or damages to public streets 010 telephone service for the public (SA). This one is operative 24 hours on the day for 365 days in the year. This service is given in 4 languages (Catalan, Spanish, English and German).
