Convocations, orders of the day and agreements reached by the Plenum
The organic Regulation for citizen participation of Palma states that the City Council must advertise the convocations, orders of the day and agreements reached by the Plenum.
In accordance with this objective, this section publishes the official documents resulting from the convocations, including the order of the day and the plenary minutes providing information about the approved agreements, without mentioning the intervention of the spokespersons of the municipal political groups.
In accordance with current legislation, the published documents omit all personal data. However, if you wish to exercise your right of rectification and cancellation of personal data that has been wrongly published, please contact the General Secretariat of the Plenum of the City Council of Palma or send an e-mail to ple@palma.es

On a monthly basis (except in August)

Plenary commissions
Five preparatory commissions of the plenary assembly. The commissions meet once a week, more precisely, in the week prior to the plenary assembly:

Commission for Citizen Services
Commission for Suggestions and Complaints
