Regulation for the Provision of Funerary Services
The Regulation for the Provision of Funerary Services as well as the modification of article 100 were approved by the Plenum on the 11th June 1992 and on the 28th January 1993 respectively. They were published in the BOCAIB number 32. dated 13.03.93 and came into effect on the 14th March 1993.
BOCAIB
The modification of articles 79, 80, 89, 90, 91, 93, 94, 99, 102, 103, 105, 106, 107 and 109 were approved by the Plenum on the 29th December 1994. It was published in the BOCAIB number 31, dated 14.03.95 and came into effect on the 15th March 1995.
